After thanking hashem I felt better

Thank you Hashem…for the ability to swallow which I had always taken for granted.
Last night I took my daily vitamin pills and I dont think it went down properly. It was causing me alot of discomfort- I drank lots and tried eating but I still felt a burning sensation in my throat . Today I started thinking about the whole process of swallowing and really what a NES it is.
I thanked Hashem for all the millions of times I ate in my lifetime without any trouble at all and said mizmor letoda. Almost immediately I felt the pill move down my throat while it is still a little sore the pain is almost gone.
Thank you Hashem we can swallow and dont choke
