After thanking hashem was able to fall asleep

I kept on feeling something bothering me in my throat and I couldn’t sleep.
I said several times tafilas toida and promised that if I will be able to fall asleep and my throat won’t bother me I promise to post after Yom Tov.
And thank you hashem that after a few minutes I was able to fall asleep easily.
