Earlier today in the afternoon I was putting my left AirPod in its case when I noticed I was missing the right one. Right away I felt nervous because AirPods aren’t cheap and I wasn’t interested in replacing them. So being that I had to be in second seder in yeshiva I figured I’ll just look for it a little later. After shiur before I ran to look for it I told Hashem, “if I find my AirPod I will publicly thank You” so I ran to a store close to my yeshiva that I was in to see if I lost it there, with no luck I went all the way to a pizza store on 13th Ave and 49th street because I was there before too, I asked one of the workers and he told me he didn’t see anything, but he suggested I track it on Find My iPhone. So I tried to track it and it sent me all the way to 15th Ave and 52nd street, I looked around the floor in that area but nothing turned up. I started heading back to yeshiva because I saw I wasn’t really getting anywhere and I wanted to make it back for second shiur.. By the time I got to yeshiva I saw I was already a bit late to shiur, and got a text from my friend telling me that rebbe wants me in shiur. So when I arrived in shiur my rebbe asked me what happened and I explained that I lost an item that was expensive and I tried going out looking for it.. As I was explaining this to my rebbe my friend asked me “wait, are you missing a right AirPod?” I responded yes and he told me “You left it in the other shiur room from first seder” I went to check and lo and behold my right AirPod was sitting right there! I right then said “Shloiyach Bashefer!” I learned a lesson, we have so much in our lives to be thankful and grateful for but when do we realise it? When we suddenly don’t have it. I’m trying to remember the last time I said “Thank You Hashem for my Airpods.”
Thank You Hashem!!
