I found my insurance card

Thank you hashem I found my insurance cards. Was looking all over with it, and couldn’t find it.
I need to go to a Dr appointment and was a little nervous because they mentioned a few times that I need to bring the card with me. On way the I said thank you hashem for helping me and hopefully they won’t make an issue. The second after I said that, I decided to check my coat pocket, it was there! Thank you hashem!!!
