Saved from a fire

I started smelling in my kitchen like rubber melting. Didn’t know from where it came. Till I realised that the cleaning lady moved the hot water pot onto the stove.
when she washed the knobs she didn’t realise that she put on the flame.
bh we turned it off quickly enough and there’s no damage. Bh
