Thank you Hashem for helping me pass a kidney stone this morning almost completely pain free.
The size of the stone is larger than what a person can normally pass without medical intervention. And yet, with Hashem’s חסדים I did not even know I have it!
This is the meaning of what we say in תפילות תודה that we Thank Hashem for that which we don’t know to thank.
