Wasn’t feeling well

In the middle of the night of the first day Rosh Hashanah I got up with cruciating pain in my stomach I was not sure what’s going on with me was so painful that it got me up and then started throwing up I wasn’t sure if I should go to the emergency room I promised to post public and thank hashem for all the times I was able to sleep normal and not having this type of stomach pain and it started easing up BH after 2 hours I was back to normal so
